Laurence’s innovate approach to business led his organisation to the importing of frozen doughs from New Zealand, training Coles , Woolworths, independents and BP’s Wild Bean service stations, in the preparation and baking of bread. This meant that these organisations no longer needed to employ Bakers to produce bread. Even though this new innovative concept was introduced to Australia in 1996, it now is the system that most Supermarkets have embraced Australia wide.

Laurence has also led national and international ventures, including large-scale financing operations through Better Bank Deals, Commercial Funding Group, and Financecorp Subiaco.
